We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Campaign Coordinator to support and execute targeted marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign coordination — from planning and execution to fulfillment — while working closely with internal teams and external partners, including KOLs and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including influencer/KOL campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and fulfillment to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on schedule
- Act as the main point of contact for KOLs/influencers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to align campaign objectives and messaging
- Support the creation of campaign briefs, content direction, and tracking documentation
- Manage campaign channels such as email marketing, in-product messaging, webinars, influencer content, and other engagement platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, retention, NPS, etc.) and provide post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations
- Support advocacy and referral initiatives (e.g., testimonials, case studies, reviews)
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure alignment across all touchpoints
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential influencers to strengthen campaign strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, customer success, or influencer marketing (B2B SaaS/tech experience is a plus)
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and passion for campaign execution are encouraged to apply
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Enjoys coordinating and building strong relationships with KOLs and influencers
- Experience managing influencers or online communities is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Able to work independently and conduct research
- Good problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Adaptable, takes initiative, and open to challenges and new learnings
- Passionate and genuinely invested in handling campaigns
- Detail-oriented and customer-first mindset
- Has existing connections with influencers (a plus)
