Job Description

The Campaign Activation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that proposition campaigns are delivered on time and executed smoothly across teams.This role manages timelines, coordinates stakeholders, tracks deliverables, and ensures launch readiness across multiple campaigns running at the same time across MP, MCBL, and MIM.


This role does not define campaign strategy or messaging. It works with Propositions Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to market effectively.This role also helps standardize campaign workflows, trackers, and ways of working so the team can support more campaigns with less manual coordination.

Additionally, the role develops compelling, customer-focused content such as blogs, guides, and case studies to support campaign objectives, attract potential customers, and drive engagement across channels.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed campaign timelines and workback plans for proposition-led campaigns, including key milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and approval checkpoints.

  • Manage the execution of multiple proposition campaigns at the same time by tracking deliverables across cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely approvals and ensure all campaign materials, assets, and launch requirements are complete before go-live.

  • Work closely with Propositions Marketing Manager to translate campaign briefs, launch requirements, and delivery needs into clear execution plans.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Distribution, Brand/Content, Growth Marketing, Customer Centricity, Digital Platforms, Legal, and other functions as needed to support smooth campaign delivery across all channels.

  • Liaise with creative agencies and internal teams to track development and delivery of campaign materials according to brief, timeline, and brand requirements.

  • Draft or adapt campaign copy and support materials when needed, while working within approved messaging and content frameworks

  • Ensure consistency and quality of campaign materials across customer touchpoints and channels.

  • Monitor campaign execution progress and proactively address gaps or delays to ensure successful and timely delivery.

  • Build and maintain trackers, checklists, and ways of working that improve campaign coordination and reduce manual follow-up.

  • Flag delivery risks, timeline issues, and dependency gaps early, and escalate when needed to keep campaigns on track.

Required Qualifications:

  • ​At least 4 years of work experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields

  • Experience in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using trackers, workback plans, or project management tools is preferred

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams or campaigns at the same time is preferred

  • Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
