Career Pathway Highlight: Data Center Operations Engineer

As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will:

• Keep the Data Center Running: Ensure seamless 24/7 operations of our facilities.

• Be a First Responder: Act as the Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents and major issues.

• Troubleshoot with Expertise: Manage M&E systems, security, networks, plumbing, and critical facilities equipment.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Log and update requests, incidents, and provisioning through our ticketing system.

• Champion Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and industry standards to drive operational excellence.

Eligibility

• Open to all engineering graduates:

  • Industrial Engineers (IEs)

  • Civil Engineers

  • Electronics & Communications Engineers (ECEs)

  • Electrical Engineers (EEs)

  • And other engineering-related courses

• Fresh graduates or with up to 1-2 years work experience

• Passionate about technology and infrastructure

• Motivated to succeed in a high-demand, high-reward industry
