Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

(Open for Fresh Graduates / No Experience Required)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Even without prior experience, candidates who are eager to learn and deliver outstanding customer service are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Meet performance metrics and service level targets
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage)
  • No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • FULL ONSITE/ Can start February 2026
