Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in hard selling. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and actively promote and sell company products or services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Apply hard-selling techniques to promote and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Manage customer concerns, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT WITH CONCENTRIX & CONVERGYS
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in hard selling, telemarketing, or sales-driven customer service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as required.
