Job Overview
We are looking for a Spanish Call Center Representative to support the Albertsons Experience Center/Benefit Service Center. The role is responsible for handling escalated customer service inquiries from associates regarding HR and benefits-related concerns. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, timely, and professional support while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and online ticket inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Document all associate interactions accurately in the system.
Analyze inquiries, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex concerns to the HR or Benefits Administrator when needed.
Assist with HR-related transactions and general employee concerns, including company policies and programs.
Support benefit administration activities such as:
Enrollment assistance
Qualifying life event changes
Beneficiary updates
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, and FSA inquiries
Provide employees with accurate information regarding HR and benefits programs.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee-related information.
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues effectively and following up as necessary.
Remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented in high-pressure situations.
