Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding online medicine orders
  • Provide real-time status updates on placed, processed, shipped, and delivered orders
  • Assist customers in placing medicine orders through the online application
  • Guide customers on app navigation, account setup, and order tracking
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure complete and accurate order information
  • Coordinate with pharmacy, logistics, and delivery teams to resolve order issues
  • Address concerns related to delays, cancellations, or incorrect orders
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system following company protocols
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months to one years of call center or customer service experience

in international account

  • Experience supporting online pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce applications is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and online ordering systems
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
