What Youll Do
- Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients
- Support customers with financial and homeownership goals
- Collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders
- Be part of a pioneering and fastgrowing mortgage operations team
Qualifications
MustHave:
- College level or graduate
- At least 2 years BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
NicetoHave
- Experience in billing or financial accounts
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
