Qualifications:

• Must be College Graduate - No BPO Experience Required!

• Open for High School Graduates that has at least 6 months of BPO experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
