Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, following company protocols.
- Document all interactions in the system with complete and accurate details.
- Follow call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude during all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve account goals.

Qualifications
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Must have work experience in any industry
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or higher
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite and start immediately
Compensation Package
- 17,000 21,000/month for applicants with no BPO experience
- 18,000 30,000/month for tenured agents, depending on account and experience
