Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for clients and customers. You will assist with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide clear and accurate information about services and processes
- Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
- Log all interactions and updates in the system
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on company processes and customer service techniques
Requirements:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
