Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for clients and customers. You will assist with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services and processes
  • Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Log all interactions and updates in the system
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on company processes and customer service techniques

Requirements:

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate 
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
