Job Requirements
- At least 2 years in college without back subjects
- Minimum 18 months of BPO experience
- Amenable to work in Taguig
- Can work on a night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide viable solutions or alternatives.
- Documentation: Accurately update and maintain customer records, conversation notes, and account details in company databases or CRM systems.
