Call Center Representative (Alabang)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with 2+ years of home loan insurance experience supporting a US account. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service while following account procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of home loan insurance experience supporting a US account / or 1 year CSR exp
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of any 4-year course
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang Town Center
• Amenable to a night shift schedule, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM PH Time
• Available to start on October 26, 2026

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to home loan insurance services
• Assist customers with account, policy, and insurance-related requests
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on established procedures
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Review customer information and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
• Coordinate with relevant teams when escalation or additional assistance is required
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Follow account policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
