• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for Call Center Agents for our Travel Account to assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Handle customer inquiries about flight bookings and hotel reservations.
• Assist customers with booking changes, rebookings, and cancellations.
• Provide information about travel schedules, policies, and reservation details.
• Help resolve concerns regarding baggage, delayed flights, and other travel-related issues.
• Assist customers with reservation updates and special requests.
• Provide accurate information about travel services and booking procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and offer appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
