CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)

Job Description

  • Outbound Calls: Conduct calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Inbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries and finalize leads or sales.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Email Support: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • SLA Compliance: Adhere to established service level agreements.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt and respond to various personality types.
  • Quick thinker with strong intellect.
  • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

MUST HAVE The Following Equipment

  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) and 8GB RAM.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent also accepted).
  • Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB headset with noise-canceling feature.
  • Internet Connection: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, and Discord.
