Call Center Agent Customer Service

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

Qualifications

  • College graduate or at least 2nd year college completer
  • With or without call center experience
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
