Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Answer, evaluate, and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and accurately via phone.
Provide Information and Solutions: Offer detailed information about products or services and guide customers through troubleshooting steps or problem-solving processes.
Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and appropriately escalate unresolved issues to the designated departments or supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
