Job Description
Maintain and organize calibration records and logs.
File calibration certificates and worksheets (physical and digital)
Encode and check calibration certificates for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with Calibration Analysts, Calibration Supervisors, Planning and the Quality Department regarding priorities and certificate releases.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data and laboratory records.
Assist with data encoding in Laboratory Management System (LMS) or Excel and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
0-1 year of experience in clerical or administrative work, ideally in a technical/laboratory setting.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail.
