Cafe Production Staff

Job Summary

Spinneys Philippines is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cafe Production Staff member to join our team! We are seeking a multi-skilled individual with experience in food preparation, particularly sandwiches, salads, and other ready-to-eat food products, to support our café and meal solutions operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other café and ready-to-eat food products according to company standards.
• Assist in daily food production, including ingredient preparation, portioning, packaging, and product labeling.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Support retail operations, including product display, replenishment, and maintaining an organized production area.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and store operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• With experience in café operations, food production, food preparation, or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in preparing sandwiches, salads, and other ready-to-eat food products.
• Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Multi-skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to perform both food production and retail-related tasks.
• Flexible, dependable, and a good team player.
