Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Quezon City for the role of Cadet Engineer. The Cadet Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of engineering projects, monitoring and analyzing operational processes, and ensuring quality and compliance standards. The role involves conducting equipment inspections, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation preparation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Has a remarkable academic standing and strong leadership skills.
• Relevant internship or practical experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
