Cadet Engineer

The Cadet Engineer is an entry-level development role designed to provide fresh engineering graduates with hands-on exposure to food manufacturing operations. Through structured rotations across production, operations, and maintenance functions, the trainee will develop technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a pathway for future engineering and operations leadership opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to help meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment and production performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing plant performance.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC License is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
