Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
Education
- Prepares daily fabrication and delivery status and weekly production/accomplishment reports for precast and pt products
- Prepares subcontractors fabrication order prior to fabrication and certificate for payment every billing period of the subcontractors
- Monitoring of contract information sheet (CIS), fabrication and delivery orders from Marketing and Engineering Departments
- Updating records of stock piles at plant
- Estimates of reinforcing bars and other materials for plant material consumption
- Encoding of other documents/reports submitted by other engineers at site
- Filing of documents on its designated folder
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably board passer)
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and strong numerical ability
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings; AutoCAD proficiency preferred
- Ability to perform manufacturing Field tasks, as well as knowledge of basic manufacturing procedures and processes
- Demonstrated leadership ability, intellectual curiosity, and academic performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management and time management (prioritization) skills
- Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve)
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) mandatory; skills in photo editing, statistical and reporting software a plus.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Will work in office, plant and on project site if necessary
- Should be flexible in schedule and can pick up instructions easily and responsibly.
- Willing to render overtime when needed.
