As Cadet Engineer, you will responsible for learning and understanding plant operations and maintenance, including process flows, preventive and corrective systems, and key activities such as start-up, normal operation, and shutdown, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Technical Academy team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Learn basic process flows of the plant and operations, including start-up, normal operation, and shutdown.
• Shadow Operations activities to execute duties under the supervision of qualified personnel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities under the guidance of qualified personnel.
• Maintain good communication with Maintenance, Operations, and other teams to ensure a smooth and safe workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
• Licensed Chemist
