Produces clear and accurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as-built plans and any other drawings needed by the project
Coordinate with MEPFS/Other trades for consolidation with structural, architectural to eliminate clashes or discrepancies
Reviews and familiarizes himself/herself with the issued drawings
Organizes files (hardcopy and softcopy) including for Construction Drawings (FCD), Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, e-mail correspondence and other drawings/documents that is essential to the project
Ensures that the drawings generated are done with the quality, with accordance to the latest for Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and verified with the actual site conditions
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary Engineering Course
Preferably 1-2 years experience as CADD Operator in any related field work
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SKP, 3D Visualization, (Revit/BIM (optional)) and manual drafting
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and other programs to aide in the production of drawings
