Bachelors or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural or Interior Design.
Proficient in numbers, quantification, accuracy, and completeness of work
Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating CAD software.
Organized, Systematic and has keen eye to details.
With good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably with minimum on-site construction exposure.
Willing to work in longer hours.
GENERAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall work with the production team preparing CAD drawings using CAD software. These will range from architectural to interior design drawing documentation.
Responsible for preparation of design concepts, images and materials for project presentation.
Communicates with contractors and all project personnel for client's requirements and project progress.
Performs CAD drawings for engineering and structural designs. Proposes designs and drawings.
Plots the final engineering drawing using standard format.
Liaises with engineers in producing CAD drawings.
Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.
Maintains and stores CAD drawings efficiently.
Keeps directory of drawings up to date and documented.
Prepares and submits reports and documents required by the Management.
Performs other management mandated functions.
Note: Willing to be trained at McKinley Taguig Project for 1 Month.
