In our efforts to uplift the lives of people in the communities where our malls are situated, we are looking for a CAD Operator who will provide the most comprehensive and accurate architectural and mechanical design.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications
- Conduct a feasibility study
- Follow complex instructions for the modification of drawings using the company drafting standards
Requirements And Skills
- Graduate of Architecture, Drafting technology, or equivalent
- Has completed short courses related to CAD Drafting
- Proficient in CAD drafting and designing, and knows how to read working drawings and construction plans
- At least 2 years of relevant experience specializing in CAD drafting and designing
- Experience in the mall/restaurant/hotel industry an advantage
- Certified Auto CAD Drafter is an advantage
- Able to drive and willing to do field work
- Highly proficient in MS Office and design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in Marikina City
