Job Description

Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure compensation practices remain attractive and compliant.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design incentive and rewards programs.
Manage employee benefits plans, including HMO and other offered perks.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Analyze compensation data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compensation and benefits policies.
Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management.
Experience in salary benchmarking and job grading methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and policywriting skills.
