We are looking for a skilled Buyerto be a key player in our Supply Chain Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business systems and overall business success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Buyer
Qualifications:
- Receiving and analyzing customer requirements (e.g., EDI, purchase orders) using waterfall analysis
- Managing customer demands during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase and coordinating internally with materials and production planning teams
- Communicating with customers regarding demand forecasts and deviation analysis
- Confirming shipment plans with customers
- Addressing customer requirements and providing support for invoice clarifications
- Proposing action plans in case of delivery delays
- Analyzing and reporting inventory exposure due to sudden demand drops or project end-of-life scenarios
- Managing consignment stock levels and overseeing stock replenishment
