Duties and Responsibilities
:The Material Buyer will be responsible for managing and fulfilling customer requirements through the following tasks
- :Receiving and analyzing customer requirements (e.g., EDI, purchase orders) using waterfall analysi
- sManaging customer demands during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase and coordinating internally with materials and production planning team
- sCommunicating with customers regarding demand forecasts and deviation analysi
- sConfirming shipment plans with customer
- sAddressing customer requirements and providing support for invoice clarification
- sProposing action plans in case of delivery delay
- sAnalyzing and reporting inventory exposure due to sudden demand drops or project end-of-life scenario
- sManaging consignment stock levels and overseeing stock replenishmen
