We are seeking a Buyer to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting operational and logistical needs. Role Summary:
We are seeking a Buyer to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting operational and logistical needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full purchasing process—from requisition through payment.
- Execute the end-to-end procurement cycle, including issuing purchase orders to local and global suppliers and coordinating with logistics and finance teams.
- Monitor, track, and expedite deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Provide ongoing support and service to internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations, etc.).
- Identify new suppliers, develop sourcing opportunities, and manage vendor relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural business environment and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Minimum Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree Required
- Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a major in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management is preferred but not required.
