Job Description

Establish supplier management strategies and action plans to drive the growth of Shops by Chinese Sellers suppliers
Work closely with suppliers to establish a category expansion strategy
Conduct category analytics and explore potential categories for the SCS program, improve sales and conversion rates for suppliers and categories
Identify and source the right products for the SCS program; identify potential suppliers and help them onboard to the SCS system
Acquire and onboard SCS Local sellers; coordinate with CN RMs/KAMs as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant study
Understand the overall operating model of the e-commerce industry, as well as the PH market
Strong self-motivation, teamwork spirit, and excellent organizational and communication skills
Must be proficient in Mandarin
