Job Description

  • Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) according to customer requests and company standards
  • Weigh, package, label, and price meat products
  • Dispose of waste according to food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering stock

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
  • Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Willing to be assigned in Robinsons Supermarket La Union, Ilocos Norte, Malolos, and Angeles.
