The Business Valuation Manager will lead and execute business valuation engagements across various industries. This role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, and client management skills, with the ability to deliver clear and defensible valuation conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business valuations using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, and Asset-Based approaches
- Build and review financial models, conduct sensitivity analysis, and analyze financial and industry data
- Prepare valuation reports for audit, regulatory, and transaction purposes
- Participate in client meetings and explain valuation methodologies and assumptions
- Support the development of valuation processes, templates, and internal capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, investment banking, or Big 4 advisory
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
- Certifications such as CFA, ASA, CVA, or CPA are preferred but not required
