Position Summary
The Business Unit Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Unit Head and team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the department. The role is responsible for managing schedules, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between departments, customers, and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related courses.
- Work experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
