Job Summary
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company's retail fuel station operations. The role oversees business performance, operational excellence, profitability, customer experience, and business growth across multiple locations.
This position ensures consistent implementation of operational standards, customer service excellence, financial discipline, compliance, and company policies while developing high-performing teams that embody the organization's core values. The Business Unit Manager plays a key role in driving sustainable business growth, improving operational efficiency, and achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or any related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in retail, multi-site, or operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum of three (3) years of managerial or leadership experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, sales performance, business development, and people management.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and profit and loss (P&L) management.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, logistics, and regulatory compliance.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to travel frequently and be assigned to multiple business locations.
- Work schedule may vary depending on business requirements and operational needs.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid LTO Driver's License.
