The Business Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, setting goals, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities within the e-mobility market. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals. This full-time, on-site position is based in Pasig.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure operational efficiency
• Strategic planning and business development skills to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management

• Proficiency in creating and implementing performance evaluation processes
• Experience in the e-mobility or automotive industry is a plus
