About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Diabetes Business Unit. This role is critical in driving growth, market share, and profitability for our diabetes portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to build impactful partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the diabetes portfolio.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and major chain drugstores.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 810 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in diabetes or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and major chain drugstores.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
