Job Summary:
Lead the Company's designated women's health clinic business end to end, including clinic and digital operations.
Job Description:
- Maintain uninterrupted delivery of patient care and clinic services.
- Manage the clinic's doctors and medical providers.
- Lead the recruitment of a suitable full-time doctor for the BGC clinic.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, business plan, and roadmap for the Company's women's health clinic business.
- Own the profit and loss performance of both clinic and digital operations, including revenue and cost management.
- Direct the service offering, patient experience, distribution channels, clinic operations, and related commercial activities.
- Partner with the website, product, and technology teams to deliver a high-quality digital patient experience.
- Lead and coordinate the operations and marketing teams assigned to the business.
- Work closely with Company leadership to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
