Business Unit Head (mini-ambulance)

The position is primarily responsible for leading the establishment, launch, and commercialization of PJLI's Micro-Ambulance business by developing its operating model, strategic partnerships, technology platform, regulatory framework, commercial strategy, and nationwide service delivery. The position is also responsible for building a sustainable and scalable emergency medical transport network that expands healthcare access while while strengthening the organization's healthcare and financial inclusion ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Business Strategy and Commercialization - creates annual business plans, financial forecasts, business performance targets, and sustainability initiatives
• Operations Management and Business Delivery - oversees daily operations and recommends continuous improvements on proactive management and service recovery programs
• Technology Support and Regulatory Compliance -data governance and cybersecurity

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of any college degree, preferably related to Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Logistics Management

Experience(s): At least ten (10) years of work experience in business development, operations management, healthcare services, logistics, or business startup/venture development.
