Position: Business Unit Head (Domestic Freight)

The Business Unit Head (Domestic Freight) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations, network efficiency, compliance, and commercial strategy of domestic air and freight across the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Oversee nationwide freight operations (air and sea), ensuring service quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Own and manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Drive process improvements, innovation, and network expansion opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and risk management standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (carriers, ports, agencies)
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or transportation
- At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing nationwide operations and multi-site teams
- Strong background in P&L management and business strategy
- Experience in Philippine domestic logistics is highly preferred
