Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identifying potential clients, managing sales inquiries, and providing quotations for smart home packages (e.g., smart locks, lighting, security cameras).
- Marketing & Client Engagement: Executing marketing campaigns, growing social media presence, and conducting market research to track industry trends.
- Customer Support & Project Coordination: Assisting with after-sales support, scheduling installations, and ensuring client satisfaction with smart products.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing daily transactions, preparing reports, and supporting business operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of sales related work experiences
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in providing client Training to ensure effective product usage
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently when required
- Familiarity with smart home technology or IoT products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
