Role Description The Business Travel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kawit, responsible for driving corporate and business travel sales for the agency. This role manages a portfolio of business clients, identifies new corporate accounts, and builds long-term relationships to grow revenue and market share. Day-to-day activities include developing tailored travel solutions and proposals, negotiating rates and service agreements, preparing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The manager collaborates closely with operations and reservations teams to coordinate itineraries, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery. The role also involves analyzing sales performance, reporting on key metrics, and recommending strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Travel Sales and Business Travel, with the ability to design and present travel solutions for corporate clients.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and account development.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial analysis to set targets, manage costs, and support pricing and contract decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in corporate or business travel services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests and deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software to manage accounts and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
