What You'll Do:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for transformation.
• Use data (including AI-driven insights) to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead or support change initiatives from planning through execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
• Track results and continuously improve processes based on measurable outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Experience with data analytics, ideally including exposure to AI tools or platforms.
• Proven ability to lead or implement real change in a project.
• Strong understanding of process orientation and optimization.
• Familiarity with finance processes is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
