We're looking for a Junior Business Technology Specialist who will support the business unit as an IT and digital partner, helping improve efficiency, enable innovation, and support growth initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Support the primary technology liaison for a specific business unit
- Assist in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, KPIs, and operational priorities
- Help gather business requirements and translate them into basic technology solutions
- Support the planning and rollout of digital and IT initiatives in coordination with IT teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, user readiness, and adoption
- Assist in managing projects, timelines, and documentation for IT and digital initiatives
- Stay curious about emerging technologies and share ideas to improve business processes
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in business analysis, IT coordination, product support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., distributorship, dealer operations, mobility, or shared services)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, DMS, or mobile apps (hands-on or exposure)
- ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred; can be completed within the first year)
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn with a strong interest in digital transformation
