Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Systems Project Implementation & User Acceptance Test (UAT)

  • Performs data gathering and analysis of business requirements.
  • Prepares business requirements/business cases.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Testing plans and schedules in coordination with the business, IT support units, and or 3rd party providers.
  • Leads / conducts user testing including resolution of issues during the user testing.
  • Coordinates with another team, IT support units, and or 3rd party providers for regulatory requirements or compliance with the bank's SDLC before system implementation to production.
  • Conducts walk-through/training with the Business Unit for the project implemented.

2.Reporting and Monitoring of Audit and Regulatory requirements of the unit

  • Ensure all applications follow the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation (PDEx), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and Capital Markets Integrity Corporation (CMIC). Any findings/observations from audit-related comments are addressed/considered/included/discussed/mitigated/implemented accordingly.

3.Outsourcing Manager

  • Responsible for the management, supervision, and periodic review/updating of BSC's outsourcing services, covering both Intra group Service Providers and Offshore Outsourcing Service Providers.

4.ORM Coordinators are officers from business and support units who act as risk advocates

  • Acts as point person for the implementation of operational risk management tools and initiatives (e.g., RCSA, KRI, loss data collection and reporting) within the business / support unit.
  • Submits accurate and complete RCSA and KRI documents within communicated deadlines (based on ORM calendar and RCSA/KRI guidelines).

5.Acts as User ID administrator

  • Performs user ID maintenance (creation, disabling, password reset) for Business Unit managed applications.
  • Implements and review parameter change requirement of system application.
  • Establishes/maintains security matrix of system applications and coordinates implementation with IT Operations.

6.Other administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • With experience in project implementation/management
  • Knowledgeable in systems development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis, and other project

management principles
