Job description:

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Identify recurring system and process issues and recommend practical improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across core business systems
  • Assist in improving workflows and reducing manual processes
  • Contribute to system optimisation, usability improvements, and efficiency gains
  • Maintain and improve documentation including procedures, user guides, and knowledge articles
  • Highlight risks, recurring faults, and improvement opportunities to the IT team
  • Support testing and rollout of system enhancements and changes
  • Ensure support activities align with governance, controls, and change management processes

Operational

  • Provide first and second level support across core business systems including Oracle NetSuite and associated applications
  • Troubleshoot system issues, user errors, workflow problems, and data anomalies
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through to resolution
  • Liaise with external vendors and support partners where required
  • Maintain users, roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Support configuration changes including forms, fields, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports and dashboards (including writing, sharing, amending, and training users on reporting processes)
  • Assist with master data integrity including customers, suppliers, items, and pricing
  • Monitor integrations, scheduled jobs, and system alerts
  • Provide responsive support to business functions including operations, finance, customer service, warehouse, and sales
  • Deliver clear communication on incidents, priorities, and resolutions
  • Support onboarding and training of new users
  • Maintain issue logs and support metrics

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • 3+ years in Business Systems Support / Applications Support / ERP Support role.
  • strong, hands-on experience in NetSuite and broader ERP support, including system administration, user support, configuration, and working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience managing users, permissions, reporting, and master data.
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to priorities competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
