Job Description

The Role

We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a role purpose-built for a strong Systems or Operations graduate someone trained to look at the big picture while also knowing how to roll up their sleeves, solve concrete problems, and pick up new skills quickly.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. One day you might be mapping the journey of a new customer from inquiry to move-in; the next, pulling data to find out which facilities have the fastest-growing demand; the day after that, working with our vendors to tighten a security or payment workflow on our public-facing systems. The common thread: translating what the business needs into something the team and our tools can actually execute on.

What You Will Do

  • Understand the business end to end. Spend time at our facilities, with our operations team, and with customers. Build a real, grounded view of how Loc&Stor 24/7 runs.
  • Map and improve processes. Document how work happens today (sales, move-ins, billing, collections, maintenance, customer support) and propose cleaner, faster, more reliable ways to run them.
  • Turn data into decisions. Pull, clean, and analyze operational and customer data. Build simple dashboards and reports that help leaders see what is working, what is not, and where the next opportunity is.
  • Spot market opportunities. Help us understand our customers, segments, and catchment areas. Support location studies, pricing reviews, and demand analysis.
  • Support our tech stack. Work with our internal team and external vendors on our website, booking flow, CRM, payment, access-control, and CCTV-linked systems. Help us evaluate, implement, and get the most out of these tools.
  • Help keep our public interface secure. Work alongside vendors and leadership to make sure customer-facing touchpoints (website, payments, data capture) are safe, compliant, and easy to trust.
  • Run small projects end to end. Scope, plan, coordinate, and close out improvement projects from a new report to a new workflow to a new tool rollout.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a related Systems/Operations field. Strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Big-picture thinker, hands-on doer. You can zoom out to see how the pieces fit together, and zoom in to fix a broken spreadsheet or a messy process.
  • Structured problem solver. You break problems into parts, look for root causes, and are comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
  • Comfortable with data. Solid Excel / Google Sheets. Exposure to SQL, Power BI / Looker / Tableau, or basic Python is a plus but willingness and ability to learn these quickly matters more than existing mastery.
  • Tech-curious. You are interested in how modern business systems work CRMs, payment gateways, access control, basic cybersecurity hygiene and you like learning new tools.
  • Clear communicator. You can write a clean memo, run a short meeting, and explain a process to someone who has never seen it before. Strong English; Filipino a plus.
  • Owners mindset. You care about outcomes, follow through on commitments, and are honest about what you do and do not yet know.

Work Arrangement

This role is based on-site in Metro Manila and includes regular time at our facilities. Because understanding the business firsthand is central to the job, this position does not include regular work-from-home. Occasional remote work may be approved case by case, but the default is on-site, with the team, close to the operation.
