GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Business Enablement Engineer. This position will workfrom 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and appliesonly to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Work time will shift to better hours over time.

Job Description

The Business Enablement Engineer supports and maintains core business systems, combining technical support, systems administration, and integration management to ensure reliable operations, security, and compliance across the organization. This role is responsible for administering Office 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, implementing security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP, and troubleshooting complex escalated issues. The Business Enablement Engineer also provides Level 2 support for Salesforce users, managing data integrity, user access, minor configuration updates, and documentation of solutions. Additional responsibilities include system configuration and lifecycle management, root cause analysis, hardware and software troubleshooting, documentation for audit readiness, and supporting integrations between Office 365, Salesforce, Monday.com, and other applications. This role translates business requirements into technical solutions, assists with data migrations, enforces governance standards, and continuously evaluates new technologies to improve user experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and advanced support for Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Implement and maintain security policies including MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP
  • Deliver Level 2 Salesforce support, managing user access, data integrity, and minor configuration changes
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring system issues and document technical resolutions
  • Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting while maintaining detailed ticket documentation
  • Configure and maintain IT systems, assist with patching and system lifecycle management
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and maintain process and troubleshooting documentation
  • Support integrations between Office 365, Salesforce, Monday.com, and other business applications
  • Assist with data migrations and enforce governance and compliance standards
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Monday.com to support project management and collaboration
  • Stay current on technology updates and recommend solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Experience administering and supporting Office 365 environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce support and basic configuration
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
  • Ability to document processes clearly and maintain audit and compliance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
