Business Analyst, Front-Office Systems

We're looking for an experienced professional to support and enhance front-office investment workflows across systems, processes, and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design and improve front-office systems and workflows in collaboration with IT, risk, finance, and external vendors
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and UAT for investment platforms
• Partner with portfolio managers to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot front-office processes, coordinating issue resolution with internal teams and service providers
• Drive vendor implementations, change management, and adoption of new tools or features
• Ensure strong controls around data accuracy, security, and audit readiness

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in front-office risk management and/or trade processing systems
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Murex, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, or Charles River
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
