Job Overview

• The Business Systems Analyst will provide dedicated support in requirements gathering, database and dashboard development, workflow automation, testing, documentation, and user support. This role is instrumental in enabling faster project delivery, reducing dependency on external resources, and driving process improvement initiatives across the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt to evolving business and operational requirements
